Timor Times: something for everyone!

How to scare me: Email me and tell me that my uncle is reading my blog. Wait, let me clarify, for I have many uncles (and aunts). This uncle is particularly well-travelled and used to be a highschool English teacher. Now I am obsessively reading back over my entries and wondering if the fact that I am very picky about spelling and punctuation will outweigh just how silly and clearly self-absorbed I appear / am. O deer.

I started writing this blog because I love writing blogs and I thought it would be a nice way to keep my parents informed about what I’m up to, and now wayyyy more people are reading this than I thought would (which was originally about, oh, five people tops). It’s lovely that people are interested, lovely, it's so nice to know people are reading it. But it is also slightly hair-raising!
